Day 01 :

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your adventure begins in Arusha with a morning departure towards Tarangire National Park. The journey takes you through the beautiful countryside of northern Tanzania before reaching the park entrance.

Once inside Tarangire, begin your first game drive through a landscape characterized by enormous baobab trees, open grasslands and seasonal wetlands. The Tarangire River is an important water source for wildlife and attracts large numbers of animals, particularly during the dry season.

Keep watch for elephants moving through the woodland, as well as giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, impalas and other antelopes. Lions may also be encountered during your exploration.

Enjoy a picnic or packed lunch during the day before continuing your game drive. In the afternoon, leave the park and proceed to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

The route takes you through changing landscapes and towards the vast plains for which the Serengeti is world famous. After entering the park, your game drive begins as you make your way towards your accommodation.

The Serengeti is home to an extraordinary diversity of wildlife. Across the open plains, you may encounter large herds of wildebeest and zebras alongside gazelles, giraffes, buffalo and other herbivores.

These abundant prey species support an impressive population of predators. Your guide will help you search for lions resting in the grass, cheetahs scanning the plains and hyenas moving through the ecosystem. With patience and good fortune, you may also encounter a leopard.

Continue your game drive into the afternoon before arriving at your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro

After the game drive, begin your journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you leave the Serengeti behind, the landscape gradually changes as you approach the forested and elevated Ngorongoro Highlands.
